This laundry basket made a great crib until Mama decided she needed it back and played "Rock a'bye Baby"

My Uncle John came to visit, and we had a lot of fun! We took turns giving each other rides in the cool car Grandpa made.

Then we went out to dinner in a car at one of my favorite restaurants (Donnie Mac's Trailer Park Cuisine) -- you can guess why I like it so much.

Here I am having a picnic in the snow with my friend Alexa up in Idaho City. Back in the 1860's, this was the biggest city in the Pacific Northwest. These days you're lucky to get reception on your cell phone. It's a great place to come and play in the snow, though, and that's what we were doing. As you can see, this place has an interesting character.
