Mt. Lassen Trip
After Mama passed her qualifying exams at the beginning of June, we went for a trip to Mt. Lassen National Park
There was a lot more snow than we were expecting, but we still found a few lower elevation trails to explore. I really enjoyed sliding around in the snow while holding Mama's hand as we took a walk around this lake. As usual, I suggested we go swimming, but Mama and Papa said no.
Mama and Papa picked out a pretty nice campsite down at a snow-free elevation, but I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to sleep on the mountain.
Finally, I got my wish, and we went up the moutain (part of the way).
