Boiling Springs Cabin
Our neighbors rented Boiling Springs Cabin (an nicely-restored Forest Service guard station?) and invited us to join them. The cabin is right next to some sweet hot springs and a medium hike from an even sweeter one.
Here's the really sweet hot spring you can hike to. Pictures of people in the pool do not include swim wear and are therefore not appropriate to post on this blog.
Here are the hot springs next to the cabin.

I wish we could've 'stopped by' on our way from TN to CA. We have made it, and we passed the exit for UC-Davis, wishing we could visit your former school! On to Maui on Saturday. The hot springs must have been wonderful.
